My resume gives you the overview.
This is where you can see the process— a closer look at a few things I actually built, from problem to outcome.
Merging people
with business.
I'm proud of a lot of the work that I have done and at its core, it's a clear picture of my ability to merge people with business. Personally, I've felt like I have been given opportunities and mentors have believed in me before I believed in myself. I took those opportunities and ran with them.
My commitment as a leader is in identifying talent and creating confidence for results. My strength is in also being passionate about systems. These don't live in isolation, though we often treat them as if they should. I can find the best way forward and I bring everyone along with me.
Designed a data-driven quality framework from scratch: three framework iterations, a peer review infrastructure, and an A/B-tested scoring system now being used to onboard 10 people.
Worked on a career development program from every angle: running it, participating in it, and building the infrastructure that made it work for everyone who came after.
Managed and restructured an internal coding bootcamp across three years: from running cohorts to rebuilding the program structure to creating a Teaching Assistant role that didn't exist before.
